RaitiChristopher Raiti joined McGraw Morris P.C. as an associate in November 2009. His practice centers on municipal land use and zoning law, including civil rights, religious discrimination, race discrimination, ADA, Fair Housing Act and RLUIPA as well as drafting municipal ordinances. He also works on employment, Freedom of Information Act and no-fault and personal injury cases. Chris also represents a number of small businesses in their general corporate leasing and employment matters.

Mr. Raiti graduated cum laude from Wayne State University Law School in 2005. He received his B.S. from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro, graduating magna cum laude in 1997. Prior to law school, Mr. Raiti worked as a software developer and software consultant to automotive suppliers in Southeastern Michigan. While in law school, Mr. Raiti interned with Magistrate Judge Paul J. Komives of the United States District Court - Eastern District of Michigan, where he researched various prisoner's rights issues. Additionally, Mr. Raiti was an active member of the WSU Law School Moot Court, receiving the individual award as the Best Brief Writer, as well as placing second with co-counsel in the 2004 Moot Court Law Day Competition.
